Meghan Zoll did a phenomenal job both as our buyer's and seller's agent... and in the middle of a pandemic! On the buyer's side, she showed us countless houses over the course of a year. She was available for showings that worked for our schedule and she could always answer every question we had about each property. Once we found our new house, she did not pressure us to put in an offer and she presented the terms we were comfortable with. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process and everything went perfectly at closing. She has an amazing team of people that she recommended (lender, inspector, title company etc.) and we could not be more pleased with everyone that we worked with. On the buyer's side, she was the most patient and reassuring person ever! In the middle of a pandemic, this process was no easy task, but she constantly eased my worries and made sure that everything worked out (on time) in the end. She also had great (and realistic) ideas about what was/wasn't necessary to fix before listing our house. I absolutely recommend Meghan to everyone. She definitely exceeded all of our expectations!.

My boyfriend and I started looking for houses on our own about two years ago, we did not get serious until about 8 months ago. That is when we contacted Meghan Zoll and let me tell you, we are extremely happy we did. We told her what we were looking for and she set up the email to send us houses in our criteria. I fully believe that we would not have found our house or closed on it so soon or easily without Meghan. She was able to do all of this during a pandemic, which we could not believe. She came to our closing and helped explain the process and paperwork, since we were first time home buyers. She was able to come with us to our house with a photographer to get awesome pictures of us and she had the sweetest housewarming gift. I cannot believe how lucky we got with such a kind, thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable realtor who always had a smile. I will forever recommend Meghan Zoll.
